Meghan Dragon is a Las Vegas-based artist dedicated to exploring the delicate beauty of nature through drawing, painting, and collage. With eight years of experience in art education and a passion for capturing the intricate details of flora and fauna from native habitats, Meghan’s work reflects the rich complexity of the natural world. Her subjects are often shaped by their surroundings, inviting viewers to look beyond the surface deepening their connection to nature.

Why Ultreia?

A common phrase on the Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage across Spain, is “Buen Camino”, a way to wish fellow walkers well. A less common greeting is “Ultreia.” Literally meaning “beyond” or “further”, its true meaning transcends language. Like the act of walking the Camino itself, it encompasses personal transformation and connection. UltreiaArt was inspired not only by Meghan’s experience walking a sacred, well-worn path and accepting what was provided each day, but also by this idea of going beyond to connect with the oneness we are able to feel with our surroundings.
